Mini Mellow: A Tiny Housewarming

Event Concept:

Little things. Little Connections. Little Friends. Little objects.

For this event, we invite artists and the community to see art differently - that art doesn’t have to be complicated and that the simplicity of cute small things is just as intentional and thoughtful. We would like to play on the “housewarming” concept - turning our marketplace into a house-themed event with little friends. In additional to the much loved artist alley aspect of the art market, there is also a gallery component. The market and gallery artworks will be divided into multiple “rooms”, integrated with the market stalls to create the feeling of a cozy, lived-in home. Each room will be defined by playful set pieces - including a 2D foamboard couch, kitchen cabinets, and other handcrafted props - that help bring the environment to life.
