Artist Questions
How much does a stall cost?
Stall fees vary depending on the event size and stall type. Full pricing details are provided during the application process. Fees cover your allocated space, event marketing, and all logistics on the day.
I missed the application window - what should I do?
Late applications may be considered, subject to availability. Responses are not guaranteed, and we will only be in touch if a spot becomes available. Priority is always given to applicants who submitted within the original timeframe, and those applicants will hear back from us regardless of the outcome.
When do applications open and close?

Are there different types of stalls available?

Absolutely — we love having artists from all over! Our events feature a strong mix of local, interstate, and international stallholders.
What kind of artists do you accept?
We welcome emerging artists, illustrators, crafters, and small business owners whose work is handmade and original. Mellow Art is built around independent, cosy creativity — we don't accept mass-produced or resale goods.
How do I apply to be a stall holder?
